How to get device logs
by using Remo
If you encounter a cloud camera failure, battery detection failure, firmware upgrade error and other issues need to seek after-sales technical support, please provide the camera log to our after-sales customer service as follows, we will provide timely response after receiving the log.

Download the device detection software Remo Detector from Remo tech website, please confirm the correct system version.
Turn on your camera and find your device's WiFi and connect it on your computer's WLAN.
Open the Remo detector and get the following interface to run the .exe program.
After entering the program, click to select all components, start testing, wait for the progress bar to complete the test.
After the test is completed, return to the program folder, find the log file compression and upload it in the official website after-sales service center.
